Call 9-1-1 if you are in an emergency or go to your nearest Hospital Emergency Room.

Call 1-800-784-2433 or Dial or Text 9-8-8 any time, if you are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including thoughts of suicide.

WorkSafeBC Crisis Support Line - 7 days a week, 24 hours a day: 1-800-624-2928

Available if you or your family is in emotional crisis and you’ve been injured at work. WorkSafeBC staff can provide support to you and your family, refer you to other services in your community, and provide follow up with you. You don’t need a WorkSafeBC claim to call for help.
